StratNex Properties supports acquisition and disposal advisory, commercial transaction analysis, development land sourcing, tenant and lease structuring, and premium residential sourcing and placement. We work from a requirement or mandate rather than a public inventory. Availability and property information must be confirmed for each proposed match.

StratNex Agri supports agricultural sourcing and export facilitation, including supplier aggregation, pre-shipment quality coordination, export documentation, logistics coordination and buyer facilitation. Share the commodity, specification, quantity, origin, destination and timing so we can assess the requirement. Prices and supply availability require confirmation.

StratNex Digital develops institutional websites, SEO programs, lead capture, CRM integration, inquiry routing and workflow automation, with analytics and performance reporting. We start with your business objective and existing systems before defining the build.

StratNex Projects supports scoping, requirements definition, planning, sequencing, implementation coordination and delivery oversight for technology and business workstreams. Share the proposed scope, current stage, stakeholders and delivery constraints for an initial assessment.
